Can I have an early check-in/late check-out?

Early check-ins and late check-outs are available for an additional fee of $100. We can only accommodate your request if there are no other reservations or maintenance/repair work to be done on those days.

Do you offer complimentary parking?

At the moment, we do not have our own parking. There is a public parking lot right in front of the building, which you can use by paying their fee. If not, you can always park your vehicle on the streets for free.

Does the property count with a generator in case of a power outage?

Power outages on the island have been a long-running source of frustration. We are glad to inform we have a 100% generator that powers everything inside our stays, without charging extra fees to our guests.

Any restaurant recommendations near-by?

The food scene in Miramar is one of the best areas to eat, from vegan to local Puertorrican food. Here are a few places we recommend near this area: Peko Peko, El Axalote, Casita Miramar, Puebla, Rare 125, Marmelade, 1919 Restaurant, Melanzana… Feel free to contact us via Airbnb if you want any additional recommendations!

Is there an elevator in the building?

Please keep in mind there is not elevator in the building. You will need to climb the stairs in order to access the accommodation.

How far is Picaflor Stays from Old San Juan, the International Airport and nearby beaches?

We are located just 10min away by car from Old San Juan, 12min by car from the airport and about 6min from the closest beaches (Playita del Condado & Escambrón Beach).
